The attachment needs to comply with the standard draft content, which can be

a.Complete draft standards; or

b.Standard draft framework; or

c.Existing normative documents (basic documents for developing standards)

SDT (Time from Standard Approval to Project Completion)

6-24 months, if exceeded, a written explanation of the situation needs to be provided to the committee, and the standard project will be cancelled;

Relevance to existing work:The proposer should elaborate on the connection between the new proposal and existing standards or work projects.

Differentiation explanation:If there are seemingly similar jobs, proposers need to explain how their proposals stand out, including new technologies, methods, or application areas.


Minimize repetition and conflict:The proposer should propose strategies or measures to reduce the repetition of work content and avoid potential conflicts.

List of relevant existing documents:The proposer should list all relevant existing documents, which may include current standards, ongoing projects, published research reports, etc., to demonstrate that they have considered existing work and proposed new proposals based on it.

Purpose and reasons for the proposal

Purpose:The main objective or intention of the proposal. This may include addressing existing issues, filling standard gaps, improving efficiency, promoting technological development, enhancing security, and so on.

Necessity:Explain why this new standard needs to be developed and why existing standards are insufficient to meet the requirements.

Rationality:
Proving the rationality of a proposal, including why a specific technological path or method was chosen.

Advantages:
Explain the benefits that the new standards will bring, such as promoting trade, reducing costs, and improving product quality.


Evidence support:
Provide data, research results, case analysis, etc. to support the necessity and advantages of the proposal.

Sector 08

For technical reasons, if it is necessary to write standards or documents that include the use of projects protected by patent rights, patent rights must be declared.
