Governance

IARIS Alliance Conference

Composed of representatives from all members, it is the highest decision-making body of the alliance, responsible for reviewing strategic directions, approving annual work plans and budgets, and electing council members.

IARIS Council

The regional representatives elected by the Alliance Assembly are the permanent executive and supervisory body of the Alliance, responsible for implementing the resolutions of the Assembly, formulating policy frameworks, coordinating the work of various professional committees, and providing guidance and evaluation to the Secretariat.

IARIS Secretariat

As a permanent administrative body of the alliance, responsible for daily operational management, meeting organization, document drafting, external liaison, and executing various tasks assigned by the council, led by the Secretary General and reporting to the council.
