The "Model Worker Craftsman Innovation Alliance Work System" has been selected as an innovative case of "Reform and Development" by the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions

Recently, the Shijiazhuang Federation of Trade Unions announced the 2024 "Reform and Development" innovation case, and the "Model Worker Innovation Alliance Work System" submitted by the trade union of CRRC Qiche Group Shijiazhuang Company was successfully selected as the only enterprise trade union work case in Shijiazhuang.

In recent years, the company's labor union has relied on the Model Worker Innovation Alliance to systematically promote the construction and reform of the industrial worker team. It has formulated and issued the "Charter of the Model Worker Innovation Alliance", "Working Rules of the Model Worker Innovation Alliance", "Management Measures for the 'Excellent Strong Mutual Promotion' of the Model Worker Innovation Alliance", and "Collaborative Innovation 'Management Measures of the Model Worker Innovation Alliance", establishing a new operational management system for the alliance, fully leveraging its role in advanced training, work collaboration, joint research and development, learning and exchange, and providing a platform for employees to improve their skills, compete for achievements, innovate for excellence, and promote mutual growth and progress. Since its establishment, the Labor Model Craftsman Innovation Alliance has completed a total of 14 collaborative technology innovation projects, participated in 8 management innovation projects, completed 29 micro innovations, 320 proposal improvements, and authorized 17 patents, including 6 invention patents and 11 utility model patents; Published 38 papers, including 23 papers published at the provincial and ministerial levels, and 15 papers published in company level journals.

Through the alliance's "mutual promotion of excellence and strength" model worker and craftsman talent training mechanism, a total of 20 model worker and craftsman talents at all levels have been trained and selected. The company has formed a "reservoir" of model worker and craftsman talents, represented by Liu Zhibin, Guo Lei, Yang Yabo, and others, and the construction of the model worker and craftsman talent echelon is proceeding in an orderly manner. In 2023, out of the 69 projects submitted, a total of 34 were included in the annual collaborative research projects of the alliance, of which 12 projects won awards and created a cumulative economic benefit of 13.624 million yuan.

Next, the company's labor union will continuously improve and summarize the advanced work experience and practices of the Model Workers and Craftsmen Innovation Alliance, draw lessons from others, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of model workers and craftsmen at all levels of the company, and contribute to the high-level construction of the "four stone carts" and the realization of high-quality development of the enterprise.
