On November 21st, China Mobile Communications Group Chongqing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Mobile Chongqing Company") held the AI+Medical Innovation Alliance Cooperation Conference. The conference, with the theme of "Empowering with Digital Intelligence to Create a New Future for Healthcare", gathered more than 200 representatives from health administrative departments, medical institutions, and industrial ecological units at all levels in the city to jointly explore the development direction of deep integration of artificial intelligence and healthcare.
At the conference, the "AI+Medical Innovation Alliance" was established. This alliance is jointly initiated by China Mobile Chongqing Company and representatives of industry ecological partners such as Huawei, Alibaba Cloud, Haiguang, Shenxin, iFlytek, Lianren Health, Neusoft, Zhonglian, and Jiuyuan Yinhai. Its aim is to promote the comprehensive upgrading of traditional medical systems through the use of artificial intelligence technology, accelerate the realization of benefiting the people, assisting doctors, promoting research, and assisting government, and inject new impetus into the intelligent transformation of the medical industry.

At the meeting, several industry experts and business representatives had in-depth exchanges on cutting-edge topics such as medical big data, artificial intelligence based patient service systems, multi-agent hospital systems, and high-quality medical development. The attendees unanimously agreed that with the deep integration of communication technology, computing power networks, and intelligent systems into the entire process of medical services, Chongqing is expected to create a replicable and promotable "AI+Medical · Bayu Sample".
China Mobile has been deeply implementing the Digital China and Healthy China strategies, comprehensively promoting the "BASIC6" technology innovation plan, and building a five layer capability system covering data governance, computing power network, model services, platform services, and application development. Together with more than 50 partners and 100000 developers, it has successfully promoted the implementation of over 3000 projects.
In the Chongqing region, China Mobile Chongqing Company focuses on the construction of digital Chongqing, continuously optimizing the layout of computing power in the medical industry, actively promoting the "Xinjiang Computing into Chongqing" project in collaboration with the government, investing in the construction of water and soil intelligent computing centers, Yongchuan rendering cloud and other computing power clusters, forming a computing power system covering the whole city, and building three exclusive medical computing power nodes to provide high-quality computing power support for image analysis, gene sequencing, drug research and development, etc. At the same time, China Mobile Chongqing actively participates in the construction of the Chongqing Health Cloud, consolidating the basic service capabilities of grassroots medical institutions to use the cloud.
In terms of intelligent network construction, China Mobile Chongqing Company is deeply involved in the top-level design of digital health "134+N", supporting the construction of "one screen intelligent governance" cockpit, and promoting the implementation of city and district level applications such as "Yuyue · Medical Inspection Mutual Recognition", "Wanzhou Childcare One Thing", and "Shizhu Elderly Health Service One Thing". Among them, 15 AI quality control models were deployed in the application of "Yuyue Medical Examination Mutual Recognition", which not only achieved unified quality control and mutual recognition of inspection results throughout the city, but also achieved cross provincial mutual recognition with parts of Sichuan, Xizang and Xinjiang, and won the excellent case of digital Chongqing in 2024. In addition, China Mobile Chongqing also fully supports the construction of medical communities in multiple regions such as Banan, Wuxi, Hechuan, Tongliang, and Fuling, helping to build a diagnosis and treatment service system that is interconnected and resource shared.
